Description

The outhouse and garden wall to the north of Burlings Cottage is an early 19th-century, two-storey outbuilding featuring a single window. It is constructed of flint rubble with red brick quoins and window dressings, topped by a low-pitched, hipped slate roof. There is a one-storey west extension. The flint rubble wall extending from the outhouse to the road includes alternating vertical bands of red brick at intervals. This structure, along with Franklow and Buildings Cottage, forms a group.
