A flint and cobble wall, approximately 10 feet high, connects a main house with a small outhouse or cottage to the east. The wall has a doorway in its centre. The outhouse or cottage is a two-story structure with one window bay facing south. It has a tiled roof with a hip to its west end, and is constructed of flint.
