Description
Flint House is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It stands two storeys high and features one side dormer under a tiled roof. The exterior is faced with flint and includes long and short quoins. A new window on the ground floor has replaced a former door, and the ground floor has cambered arches. The building has a flint plinth with a dentil band and a side door. The windows on the side elevation are at varying levels. Additionally, there is a flint privy that matches the style of the house.
