Description

Cudham Hall dates to circa 1850. The central portion is a two-story stuccoed building with a hipped slate roof featuring three curved dormers. It has five cambered sash windows set within Italianate architraves, a stringcourse, and long-and-short quoins. A pedimented porch with two Roman Ionic columns is situated at the front. To the right is a two-story, two-window-bay wing of matching style, and to the left, a two-story, four-window-bay wing in the same style. The sashes in these side wings are not cambered. This building holds group value as a well-executed example of mid-19th century domestic architecture.
