Description
47 and 49 West End is a building that likely dates from the 16th century and features a timber frame. It has two storeys and an attic, with a total of three windows. The building has a high-pitched tiled roof with a central stack that has been partly rebuilt, and there is a later central gable. The front is made of brick, possibly from the 18th century, and includes a band and plinth. The 19th-century stucco surrounds three-light casements, which are located under segmental brick arches on the ground floor. On the left side, the visible framing shows herringbone brick nogging. Inside, there are inglenooks and beams.
