Description

LEIGH LEIGH 1. 5280 Powder Mill Lane (North Side) Little Barnetts Farmhouse TQ 5546 20/720 II 2. C17 or earlier timber framed building much restored in C19. L-shaped. Fairly high pitched tiled roof sweeping down to low ground floor eaves at left, continuing past and surrounding old chimney stack. 2 storeys, one window on 1st floor, 2 on ground floor. Left part, projecting under gable, has rendered ground floor. Brick ground floor at right. 1st floor tile hung in both parts. C19 2-and 3-light casements. Estate sign at 1st floor left. Plain boarded door at right, another at left under pent hood.
