The outbuilding located to the north-west of Fawke Farmhouse is a 2-storey structure that appears to date from the 18th century. It features a half hipped tiled roof and is weatherboarded above, with galletted random rubble masonry and red brick dressings below. The building has a Dutch door. It is listed primarily for its group value, as it forms a cohesive group with The Small Barn and Fawke Farmhouse.
