Description

This gas lamp standard, likely dating from the late 19th century, is located approximately 1 metre north of the north-west corner of the churchyard on Rectory Lane. It features a cast iron column that is narrow, tapering, and fluted, topped with an iron and glazed lantern that has a moulded finial. As of 1987, it was still in operation using gas, making it an increasingly rare example of its kind.
