Description

This gas lamp standard, located outside No. 83 (Glade House), dates from around 1890 and is made of cast iron. It features a tapering lantern topped with a central urn finial and acroteria at the ends, all mounted on an octagonal column with a deep plinth. This lamp standard is part of a series of gas lamp standards along Oakhill Road.
