Description

This gas lamp standard, located opposite No. 104 on Oakhill Road, dates from around 1890 and is made of cast iron. It features a tapering lantern topped with a central urn finial and decorative acroteria at either end, all supported by a fluted column that stands on a fluted plinth. This lamp is part of a series of gas lamp standards along Oakhill Road.
