Description
Grosvenor House Cottages, likely built in the 16th century, are located at the back of Grosvenor House on Vicarage Hill. The cottages are two storeys high and have a total of four windows. They feature a high-pitched tiled roof and a rebuilt chimney. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is constructed of brick, concealing timber framing. The cottages have modern doors and windows. Grosvenor House Cottages, Nos 1 and 2 (Dale Cottages), are part of a group that includes Grosvenor House and Nos 1 and 2 (Lockyer Place) on Vicarage Hill.
