Description
Broxham Manor is a restored 18th-century brick farmhouse that incorporates an older framed structure. The building features 19th-century rendered quoins, painted surrounds, and centre voussoirs to the windows, along with a rendered plinth from the same period. It has a ridge tile roof with projecting end stacks, plain eaves, and a 19th-century gutter. The manor is two storeys high and includes a centrally located hip-tiled dormer. There are half basement windows and a symmetrical elevation that showcases a central 19th-century panelled and glazed door set in a moulded frame with panelled reveals. Above the door, there is a projecting hood made of an entablature with modillions, supported by scroll brackets. The façade includes four tripartite sash windows arranged symmetrically, as well as a small sash window in the centre. The roof slopes low at the back.
