Description
Little Broxham is a 16th-century timber-framed cottage that features modern extensions designed to match the original style. The older section of the building has two storeys and two windows, topped by a high-pitched tiled roof. The left end and ridge stacks have been rebuilt. The cottage showcases exposed timber framing with older brick filling, and it has 18th or early 19th-century iron casements with leaded diamond panes. A plank door is set within a small modern brick porch. To the left, there is a lean-to extension, while the right side has a modern two-storey section with two windows.
