(Formerly listed as Bassetts Mill House, COLDHARBOUR ROAD)
II Timber framed building in two sections forming L-shape, the back part of late C15 or early C16, possibly a small hall, the front part perhaps a century later. Left return brick and tile-hung. Rest of building shows exposed timber framing with plaster filling on first floor, brick ground floor and random stone plinth. Two storeys. Three casement windows, irregular. Projecting hood over door on right return. Gable ended roof to left, newer part, hipped roof to older part, both tiled. Listing NGR: TQ4969341362
