Description

No. 8 High Street is a 19th-century building with a brick and tile hung exterior that conceals an older timber-framed structure. It features a continuous rendered plinth that connects with No. 10, along with a brick corbelled course beneath the tile hanging. The building has a ridge tile roof and a ridge stack, and it includes leaded casement windows. It is two storeys tall and has two plain boarded doors, one of which is topped with a bracketed hood. Nos. 6A, 6B, 8, and 10 form a group.
