Description

Waterfall Cottage Tea Room and Waterfall Cottage Studio are two buildings located on the north side of Church Street in Shoreham. The front of the cottages dates from the early 19th century, but the structure behind is likely older. The buildings are two storeys high and have three windows in total. They feature a tiled roof and are constructed of painted brick. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, and the doors are plain and panelled. Waterfall Cottage Tea Room and Waterfall Cottage Studio, along with Record and Little Record, form a group of buildings with historical significance.
