Description

Record and Little Record are late 18th century buildings located on the north side of Church Street in Shoreham. They are two storeys tall and have a total of four windows. The buildings feature a hipped tiled roof with a moulded eaves cornice and are constructed of painted brick. The ground floor has a 19th century glazed triple shop front with elliptical heads to the lights. The other windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and some are tripartite. Record, Little Record, Waterfall Cottage Tea Room, and Waterfall Cottage Studio form a group.
