  1. Cl6 framed structure with early Cl7 gable end projection and later elevational treatment. 2 storeys and attic window in gable end. (½ cellar light). Elevation - Tile hung. Wide stone plinth. Diamond paned casement windows. Projecting octagon bay running up 2 storeys with mullioned and transomed windows supporting oversailing gable end with ornamental pendant brackets and bargeboards. Centre hanging pendant and moulded tie beam. Ridge tile roof with stack, Small restored projecting tiled porch with ornamental hanging lamp. Side elevation - Exposed timber framing and brick infilling with tile hung gable end. Interior - Low ceilinged with exposed beams and inglenook etc. In front - Cobbled stone verge to road way.
