Description
Marlow Farmhouse is a farmhouse with an early 19th century front that conceals an earlier building. It has a timber-framed core and is faced with channelled stucco. The right return wing features a tile-hung rear wall, and the roof is covered with plain tiles. The house is designed in an L-shape, with a front elevation that has two storeys and attics, set on a plinth with projecting eaves that have flat soffits. The roof is hipped, with the right hip returning around the right side elevation. There is a central brick stack at the rear and two hipped dormers. The windows are irregularly spaced, consisting of two small, broadly spaced two-light casements. The central entrance features a boarded door with a flat bracketed hood, and there is a rear lean-to. The interior has not been inspected.
