Farmhouse. C15 with later alterations and partly C19 facade. Timber framed. Right end bay exposed framing with plaster infilling to first floor, and render above a brick base to ground floor. Rest tile-hung on both floors. Plain tile roof. Wealden. 2 storeys. Right end bay jettied to front and rear, and with underbuilt jetty to right gable end. Broadly-spaced studding with tension braces to first floor. Flying wall-plate no longer extant to front; eaves formed along line of inner wall-plate and continued down over right end bay. Left end bay now unjettied and flush with hall wall to front. Arch-braced flying wall-plate to rear. Roof gabled to left, hipped to right. Gable end stack to left. Multiple brick ridge stack in front slope of roof to right end of hall. Irregular fenestration of two 4-light casements to left section and one 3-light casement to right end bay. Ribbed door under flat corniced hood towards centre of left section (to left of centre of whole). Blocked doorway with durns to rear of right hall bay. Short rear wing towards centre. Interior not inspected.
