The building is two storeys tall with attics, having one window facing Upper Stone Street and five windows facing Knightrider Street. The front facing Upper Stone Street showcases curved braces on the first floor and a gable with an attic window. The front facing Knightrider Street has a small central portion that rises above the roof level, topped with a gable and an attic window. The roof is tiled, and there are modern casement windows. There is one blocked original window with wooden mullions on the ground floor of the front facing Knightrider Street. Inside No 70, there is a dragon beam. This building is part of a group with Nos 26 to 36 (even), 40 to 46 (even), and 50 to 70 (even), and it also forms a group with Nos 4A and 6 to 10 (even) Knightrider Street.
