YALDING TQ 64 NE Laddingford 3/152 Frenches Farmhouse GV II

Farmhouse. Mid-to-late C18. Ground floor chequered red and grey brick, first floor tile-hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attics. Stone plinth with brick top course. Moulded and modillioned wooden eaves cornice. Roof half-hipped to left, gabled to right. Projecting red and grey brick gable end stack to left and flush red and grey brick gable end stack to right. Two hipped two-light dormers. Regular 2-window front of three-light casements. Similar casements to ground floor. Central door with six fielded panels and flat corniced hood. Rear lean-to. Interior not inspected.
