Description

Well Cottage is a house dating from the 15th and 16th centuries. It is timber-framed, with rendered infilling on the ground floor, weatherboarding on the first floor, and a plain tile roof. The building has two storeys and features a roof that is oddly half-hipped on the right side. There is a multiple brick stack on the front slope of the roof towards the left end. The windows are irregularly arranged, consisting of four leaded casements with one, two, and three lights. The left end of the front elevation has a gable that is tile-hung above the eaves. There is a 20th-century ribbed door located off-centre to the left. The structure is likely of interest.
