Description

Vine House is a mid-19th century house that features a timber frame and is weatherboarded, topped with a plain tile roof. It has a square plan and stands two storeys tall. The roof is hipped at both ends, with the hips extending along the right and left sides of the building. There is a rear stack located towards the left end of the house. The front has a regular arrangement of windows, including two sash windows on the first floor and two canted bay windows on the ground floor. The entrance is through a boarded door located in a tall, narrow, slightly projecting central porch, which also has a plain tile roof. This house is included in the listing for its group value.
