Description

Barn and outbuilding located to the northeast of Fir Tree Farmhouse, dating from the early to mid 19th century. The structures were repaired after storm damage around 1990. The barn is timber-framed and clad in weatherboarding, sitting on a stone plinth, and features some original shuttered openings. It has a hipped tiled roof and a wooden floor inside. Attached to the southeast is a single-storey block that is partly constructed of red brick and partly timber-framed, also with weatherboard cladding and a tiled roof. The wall frame includes diagonal braces.
