Description

The former coachhouse and flats, located about 40 metres northeast of Hunton Court, is a late 18th-century building now used for flats and storage. It features a chequered pattern of red and grey brick and has a slate roof. The structure is double depth and consists of two storeys set on a chamfered brick plinth, with a plat band and a hipped roof that has returning hips and four rear hips. There are rear stacks positioned towards the left and center. The building has an irregular arrangement of four two-light casements with splayed rubbed brick voussoirs. A panelled door is located under the second window from the left, and a half-glazed door is under the third window. Garage doors are situated at both ends, and there are ventilation grills at the rear. The interior has not been inspected. The property is included for its group value and shares a paved yard with the former stables, which is paved with setts and features four shallow drains that converge at the center. The yard extends about 20 metres in the north-south direction and slightly further in the east-west direction.
