Description

The Coach and Horses Public House comprises two timber-framed buildings, likely dating from the 17th century. Number 24 has a ground floor facing brick facade with modern shop windows and a door, and a first floor of painted weatherboarding. Number 25 features a ground floor of red brick with two 19th-century doors and two 19th-century casement windows. The first floor of Number 25 is rendered and contains two casement windows, likely 19th century or earlier. Both buildings have tiled roofs; Number 24 has a gable ended roof, while Number 25 has a hipped roof with gables. A chimney has been rebuilt recently.
