Description

Fryarne Park Farm is a farmhouse that has been converted into a house, dating from the 18th century and built on an earlier site. The building is constructed of painted brick and features a plain tile roof. It has two storeys and a gabled roof, with a projecting red and grey brick stack with tumbled shoulders on the left gable end and a red and grey brick ridge stack on the right end. The front has a regular arrangement of three windows, slightly recessed, consisting of two three-light casements and a central two-light casement, all with cambered heads on the ground floor. The central door is made up of four fielded panels with two top lights and has a segmental head.

At the rear, there is a later two-storey parallel range, also of painted brick, with tile-hung gables and a rear elevation made of painted coursed flint with brick quoins. This section has a gabled plain tile roof and a central stack. Additionally, there is a single-storey outbuilding at the rear, made of coursed painted flint with brick dressings, featuring a gabled plain tile roof and a rear red brick stack. This outbuilding is connected to the house by a single-storey section of painted flint. The building is marked on the Ordnance Survey map as Fryarne Park.
