Description

This barn, located about 75 metres north of Wingham Barton Manor, dates back to the 16th century. It features a timber frame set on a painted brick base and is clad with weatherboarding, topped by a thatched roof. The roof is hipped with a hipped mid-stray. Inside, the barn consists of five bays with aisles, and it has passing shores to the arcade posts. The roof structure includes clasped purlins.
