Description

This barn, located about 30 metres north of Shatterling Farmhouse, dates back to the 16th century. It features a timber frame and is weather boarded on a brick base, topped with a corrugated asbestos roof. The roof is half-hipped and has a raking mid-stray. Inside, the barn consists of four bays with tall aisles, passing shores to the arcade posts, some ogee bracing, and a clasped purlin roof.
