Description

Little Nash Farmhouse is a house dating to circa 1700. It is constructed of red brick, with some areas in irregular bond and other areas in English bond. The roof is tiled, hipped, and features a central stack projecting from the front. The building follows a two-cell lobby entry plan and sits on a high plinth with a plat band. The windows are glazing bar sashes, with a small, central, horizontally sliding sash window on the first floor, and two glazing bar sashes on the ground floor, all set within segmental heads. A central, 20th-century raking porch with a glazed door now fronts the house.
