Description

Little Perry is a house dated 1712, constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high on a plinth, featuring a plat band and a hipped roof with chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The house has four glazing bar sash windows on the first floor and three on the ground floor, along with a boarded door located in a gabled porch to the centre left. A date plaque in the centre is inscribed with the initials "L L M." This house was built for the younger son of the owners of the nearby Perry Farm in Wingham.
