The building stands two storeys high on a plinth and has a brick eaves cornice along the roof, with chimney stacks positioned on both the left and right sides. Each floor has two glazing bar sash windows, with segmental heads on the ground floor. The entrance is marked by a central pantiled raking porch that is half-glazed and contains a panelled inner door. To the right, there is an outshot that includes one metal casement window.
