Description

The Cross is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a clay tile roof with brick integral end stacks. The building has two storeys and a gable-lit attic, with three windows that are glazing bar sashes, each with shaped lintels and raised keys. On the ground floor to the right, there is a bracketed canted bay window. The central entrance is a glazed door that is sheltered by a 20th-century rustic gabled porch. To the right, there is a low extension that has a segmental headed casement window.
