Description
Herne Windmill is a Grade I listed smock mill built in 1781. It features a tarred brick octagonal round-house with a platform that is missing its handrail. Above the round-house, there is tarred weatherboarding, and it has a hooded cap with an intact fantail. The sails are currently missing. Herne Windmill and No 88 form a group.
