Description

Nos. 86 and 88 Mill Lane are 18th-century buildings that stand two storeys tall and are constructed of red brick with some grey headers. They feature a hipped tiled roof and a parapet with stone coping. The facade includes three sash windows and one blank space, with vertical-only and some cambered head linings. The doorcase is adorned with a 19th-century hipped weather porch. These buildings, along with Herne Windmill, form a notable group.
