Description

Smugglers Haunt is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of School Lane in Herne. It consists of two parallel ranges and is built of red brick with long and short quoins. The building has a tiled roof and features three cambered sash windows with intact glazing bars on the first floor. The entrance is marked by a simple round-headed doorcase. Smugglers Haunt is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 15 (odd).
