Description

Ridley Cottages is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building. The ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick, while the upper part features narrow framing with curved braces and plaster infilling. It has a tiled roof and two double sash windows on the ground floor, although the glazing bars are missing. Above these are casement windows. The entrance has a doorcase with a flat hood supported by carved brackets. Ridley Cottages, along with Herne Post Office and Stone House, forms a group.
