Description

Colonial Cottage and Sunnyside are two-storey buildings likely dating from the 17th century, now featuring pebble-dashed exteriors. They have a steeply pitched tiled roof that is half-hipped on the right side. Sunnyside includes a casement window on the first floor and a ground floor sash window with intact glazing bars. Colonial Cottage has sash windows without glazing bars. Both buildings have simple doorcases topped with flat hoods. Colonial Cottage and Sunnyside are part of a group that includes Globe Cottage and Chestnut Cottage.
