Description

Church View Leo Cottage is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys high. Church View is constructed of red brick, while Leo Cottage is made of yellow brick, topped with a hipped tiled roof. The property features three sash windows, one of which belongs to Leo Cottage, all retaining their glazing bars. Church View includes louvred shutters on the first floor, a modern curved bow window, and a three-light canted bay window on the ground floor. The doorcases are simple in design.
