Description

These are two late 18th-century buildings, originally constructed as red brick, located at 34 and 36 Broad Street. Number 35 and 36 have since been stuccoed. The buildings have tiled roofs. Each has one sash window with vertical sliding panels; number 34 features a round-headed doorcase. The remaining properties have altered shopfronts. The buildings are listed at Grade II for their contribution to the group value of the street. Numbers 33 to 44 (consecutive) and number 46 form a group.
