Description
Number 1 Lady Wootton's Green is an 18th-century building that has two storeys, attics, and a basement. The exterior is cemented, and the roof features two dormers and a cornice supported by brackets. There are three windows on the front, including two curved bays on both floors flanking the entrance door. The glazing bars are missing. The doorcase is adorned with an open pediment, Tuscan columns, and a semi-circular fanlight. The building has a plinth and three stone steps leading to the entrance. The rear elevation is tile-hung, and the left side elevation incorporates part of a medieval flint and stone wall.
