Description

Number 13 on Hawks Lane is an early 18th-century building that was refronted in the mid-19th century. It has two storeys and is constructed of painted brick with a tiled roof. The ground floor features one sash window that has a cambered top, stone cills, and only vertical glazing bars. To the right, there is a simple cambered doorcase, along with a footscraper and a rainwater head on the left side. This building is included for its group value, as it forms part of a group with Nos 1, 2, the extension to No 6, and Nos 6 to 15 consecutively.
