Description
Number 13 on Kirby's Lane is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of red brick with a hipped slate roof. It features one sash window with intact glazing bars, which is cambered on the side elevation. The entrance has a round-headed doorcase. There is also a portion of the building that is made of painted brick and has a pantiled roof. The first floor includes a continuous window with pivoting easements, while the ground floor has restored windows. This building is part of a group that includes an industrial building to the southeast and Nos 14 and 15.
