Description
Number 12 on Barrow Street is a building dating from around 1800. It is constructed of red brick and has three storeys. The façade features four sash windows, each with channelled lintels and plain keyblocks. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wooden doorcase topped with an open pediment. The building has plain eaves and a tiled roof. It is part of a group that includes Nos 6 to 9 and 11 to 14 on the same street.
