Description

This is a row of late 18th-century terraced houses located at 7-11 Whitstable Road. The houses are built of red brick with a tiled roof, one side of which is hipped. A brick cornice with modillion detailing runs along the top of the facade. The original windows are predominantly sashes, retaining their glazing bars. Later shop fronts have been incorporated. Number 7 has a left-side extension over what was formerly a carriage entrance, and this extension is clad in weatherboarding, featuring a single sash window.
