Description
These are a group of four late 18th-century terraced houses located on Portersbridge Street. The buildings are two storeys high and constructed of brick, featuring a small moulded eaves cornice and a modern tile hipped roof. Each house has one sash window on each floor, framed by architraves. The sash windows retain their four panes and glazing bars. The upper windows have stuccoed voussoirs, while the lower windows are set within segmental arches. Number 26 has been entirely refaced with new brickwork, and number 30 has undergone partial refacing. A four-panel moulded door is present, with a flat board hood supported by cut brackets positioned above. The buildings are set back from the road at a junction, creating a visually pleasing arrangement.
