Description

No. 11 Latimer Street is an early 19th-century building featuring two parallel ranges and two storeys. The exterior is finished in painted stucco and has a brick dentil cornice, topped with an old tile roof. The building has two three-light sash windows on both the upper and lower floors. An off-centre 19th-century glazed door is framed by a doorcase with reeded pilasters and a flat hood supported by plain brackets. This property is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 11 (odd).
