Description

22 Latimer Street is an 18th-century building that stands two stories tall, although the attic storey has been removed. It features colourwashed stucco and has a moulded and bracketed cornice. The roof is hipped and covered with old tiles. On the first floor, there are two 2-light casement windows, while the ground floor has two sash windows with flush bombs; the left window has three panes, and the right window has four panes. The central entrance door is a six-panel design, with the top two panels cut away and glazed. This door is set within an early 19th-century doorcase that includes panelled pilasters, a plain frieze with diamond ornament above the pilasters, and a thin flat board hood supported by small curved brackets.
