Description

Morghew is an 18th century building located on the west side of Smallhythe Road. It is constructed of red brick and features two storeys with a hipped tiled roof that has a bracket eaves cornice. The façade includes two bay windows on both floors, with a Venetian window situated between the bays on the first floor. The entrance is marked by a doorcase that has fluted columns, an open pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panelled moulded door. There is also a wing with two bays that is set back on the south side, which has a ground floor addition.
